Whether you're deep in the woods, parked by a scenic overlook, or enjoying the quiet of a lakeside campsite, this meal brings the flavor without the fuss. It's low-mess, high-reward, and perfect for tossing over hot coals after a day of hiking or driving.

Chicken Kebab Foil Pack Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cubed (do this at home to save time and mess)
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, cut into chunk
1 can pineapple chunks
Drizzle with Teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds (I like a lot of teriyaki sauce)
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Heavy-duty foil, nonstick

Instructions:
Assemble your kebabs: Thread the chicken, zucchini, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.

Season & wrap: Drizzle with teriyaki sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and wrap each skewer in foil.(These first two steps can be done at home for easier clean up!)

Cook: Place foil packs over campfire coals or on a grill for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through.

Serve: Carefully unwrap and enjoy straight from the foil for minimal cleanup.
